For the past 40 years, our hospice programs have helped many people live their final days in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by family and friends.
Light Up A Life is an annual community celebration of cherished memories. For four weeks, hundreds of bright clear lights illuminate our Light Up A Life trees. Each light symbolizes the life, hope and dreams of a loved one.
Hospice exists in the hope and belief that daily needs may be met with appropriate care and sensitivity through the dying and grieving periods, and that all will be done to make the life that remains as dignified and satisfying as possible.
***Please note: To ensure that the names of your loved ones get entered into the memory book before the tree lighting events begin on December 1st, we are asking that your donation cards/names be submitted to one of our three office locations by Friday, November 25th.
***Pleas note: if you would like your loved ones to receive their acknowledgement cards by Christmas, all names and addresses must be submitted to one of our three locations by Monday, December 19th
**Please allow at least two weeks for your loved ones to receive their acknowledgement cards
